Griffin confirmed as new Dancing with the Ice judge replacing Willoughby

Dancing with the Ice judge Holly Willoughby has been replaced by Waterloo Road actress Angela Griffin. 

Holly, who claimed her departure from the ice show it was aimed for falling out with the cast and crew following the departure of her ex colleague Phillip Schofield.

Holly Willoughby's exit from Dancing with the Ice came at a time when she was under a cloud of shame for exposing her friendship with ex colleague Phillip Schofield.

Angela said: "As a actress and dancer I have always had so much respect for the skating professionals on Dancing with the Ice.

Head of entertainment commissioning Katie, said: "Angela is not only a incredible actress and dancer but she brings enormous fun and energy to all that she does. It’s fantastic to be welcoming her to our Ice Panel."
